The Jeffries Group today announce further expansion, acquiring new office premises in Fareham, from which we will run the lettings and property management department of our property services business. We have also relocated our headquarters to this central location.
Our Jeffries Lettings & Property Management department is a dedicated team of lettings professionals who handle more than 1000 rented and managed residential properties throughout Portsmouth and South East Hampshire.
Our team are now based at Orchard House in Furzehall Farm and from here, they will coordinate the lettings, accounting and property management of all rented properties that we are contracted to handle.
Jeffries Lettings Director, Nadine Richmond, explains our firm’s decision to alter operations.
“Over the last year, our business has significantly expanded, due to acquisitions including Dibben and Dibben in Stubbington and Blakes of Gosport, taking the network of The Jeffries Group offices to eight. There is also additional purchases planned in the near future.”
