Jeffries Gosport is renamed to facilitate enhanced links with Dibbens Stubbington.
The Jeffries Group announced today we are renaming our Gosport Jeffries sales & lettings office, Dibbens Gosport, to align to our Dibbens brand. We are an independent property sales and lettings business, with a portfolio of 8 Jeffries and Dibbens branches operating throughout South East Hampshire.
Gosport Jeffries, located in Gosport’s High Street, is the Group’s most recent acquisition, purchased 14 months ago from Blakes Estate and Lettings Agents. Branch Manager, Mark Watson, has worked in this office for more than 20 years, and explains the reasons behind today’s announcement:
“The Jeffries Group purchased this local, successful and reputable business in September 2016. Since then the office has further thrived and benefitted from a raised profile and additional market reach, owing to the support that our network of Jeffries and Dibbens offices provides.
This deliberate, strategic name change allows our team to further develop our relationship and communications with our Dibbens Stubbington business, with which we have a large number of mutual clients, interconnecting business and close geographical links.
We already operate in Gosport, Alverstoke, Peel Common, Bridgemary and beyond to Stubbington and Hill Head, so formalising our links with Dibbens Stubbington is a logical step that will benefit current and prospective clients.
Dibbens Gosport clients will enjoy additional local resource and expertise and an enhanced network of local properties and locations in which to buy, sell, rent or let.”
