We were intrigued to read the results of this recent study by The Advisory, the UK’s oldest independent advice resource dedicated to serving home sellers.They looked at Online versus High Street estate agents to see how much added value the ‘right’ estate agent brings to the table, compared to an online only agent that only generate buyer interest using Rightmove and other property portals.
