We’re pleased to show off the results of one of our latest Jeffries Maintenance & Property Solutions projects! Project managed by Andy Taylor, we’ve totally transformed 7 Keyes Court, a 2 bedroom retirement flat in Southsea.
This was a complete refurbishment project including :
– Complete rip out and re-wire of the property
– New kitchen and full decoration
– New bathroom and full decoration
– New carpets & vinyl flooring
These works were carried out between exchange and completion and in only 3 weeks due to the client’s property completion timescale. We’re delighted to report that we have one very happy customer!!! Well done Andy and team!!
