We would like to update you on how we are responding to the challenges faced in light of the COVID-19 situation. We can assure you that whilst we have now temporarily closed our branch network to the public, we remain operating our business as usual.
We’re pleased that the property market remains active with continued interest from buyers and tenants. Our branch teams continue to market properties and, as you would expect, the health and safety of our colleagues, customers and community is our greatest concern, and we will closely monitor and follow government and health authority advice.
Being the largest local estate agency and lettings group means we have the capacity to work out of multiple locations and remotely to maintain our service to you. We want to reassure you that whilst we have closed our branches to the public, we will continue to work remotely and all of our telephone, email, social media and website interaction remain the same.
Our sales progression teams are all fully operational dealing with current sales and are contactable on all of the normal preferred contact methods. We are communicating with lenders, solicitors and our contractors. So, it’s business as usual.
