Jeffries & Dibbens services update – April 8th 2020

We would like to update you on how we are responding to the challenges faced in light of the COVID-19 situation.

We have now settled into remote working, which has been seamless, as we have evolved over the years to provide a mixture of traditional and online services. Our branch network is connected through the latest technology and it has been possible to carry out necessary work from home.

Our customer support teams are still working efficiently (as normal), answering phone enquiries, sales chasing and providing required help and advice.

Our branch teams are still receiving lots of enquiries for our properties. We are sending out information and property brochures and we are registering viewing requests to be arranged for once we are able to do so.

Our telephone lines, emails, portal enquiries and our LiveChat (on our website) remain busy and we are confident that we will return to a buoyant market once the country returns to some normality.

Our sales chasing teams are reporting that almost all of our clients, currently buying and selling, have been prepared to wait. All of our solicitor partners are working from home and can access most of the legal processes required online. We are encouraged that many of our transactions are proceeding and will be ready to move on once they are able to do so.

So, we’re happy to report that we are ‘business as usual’!

We hope you are well and look forward to talking with you soon.
