James -Tell us a little bit about yourself!
‘I’m James and I’ve worked at Jeffries for 1 ½ months now. I really enjoy selling and have always been interested in property and houses. I also love being out and about, meeting people and having a laugh with applicants and vendors. I joined the Southsea office where I was responsible for viewings and receiving offers. I’ve moved to Waterlooville to a new role I like to call ‘Super Sales Negotiator’ as I prefer the countryside to the town. My previous job was being kitchen hand in a resort in Northern Queensland, Australia!’
1) What do you like most about working at Jeffries? ‘Being number one in the area and getting good results through both traditional and modern methods.’
2) What’s your goal for the year? ‘To become established in the area and make Waterlooville the number 1 Jeffries office.’
3) If you didn’t work for Jeffries, where do you think you would be?‘Back in Australia on a beach, sipping on a cold one.’
4) What’s your favourite film? ‘It’s a close one, between Anchorman, Training Day and Shawshank Redemption.’
5) Something no-one knows about you? ‘That I entered and won a table dancing competition for free beer!’
6) What’s your favourite meal? ‘Got to be Garlic herb simmered chicken with some crisp sauté potatoes and veg. I get hungry just thinking about it mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.’
7) What’s the best day of the year? ‘The hottest one!’
8) What’s your guilty pleasure? ‘Answering interviews.’
