We have returned to our network of Jeffries and Dibbens branches and are offering our full services.
We are taking extra care to follow government safety guidelines to support the control of the virus and to protect our staff and clients. We have strict protocols in place for staff and clients visiting our offices, and for all parties when appraisals and viewings are conducted at properties.
Branch opening hours
At present, we would encourage telephone or online communication with our team where possible; we are available on email or through LiveChat or our Contact Us pages on our website. All our branch emails and telephone numbers are on our website here. At this point in time, our branches are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm on Saturday, 10am-2pm on Sunday. Our ‘out of hours’ staff are available on LiveChat, email or telephone on week days between 5pm-8pm.
Helping to control the virus
If you do wish to visit our offices, please note that our staff are following these government guidelines: we’re not shaking hands, we’re sanitising the office regularly, we’re washing our hands regularly and maintaining 2 metres distance from others. We have a documented appraisals protocol that we will follow when conducting appraisals and anyone who wishes to view a property will be asked to follow our viewings protocol to help protect our staff and customers. We will issue these documents to all parties prior to an appraisal or viewing.
