During lockdown, our lettings team were busier than ever looking after the needs of our current tenants and landlords. Whilst the majority of renters at this time put on hold any immediate plans to move, there were key workers and NHS employees at the front line, working throughout the pandemic who required rental accommodation, and our team were there to help facilitate their move. Our team worked remotely to help many people find homes during the last few weeks and we have received many, many letters and emails of thanks to our lettings team.
We are so proud of the dedication and effort these ladies always go to to help our customers and for the positive difference they made to tenants during this really uncertain time for everyone.
